Work is changing.
Let’s start with yours.

A task repeated a hundred times. Information scattered across tools. A process that always gets stuck in the same place. AI becomes interesting when it solves something specific.

The starting point

First, the problem.
Then, the tool.

A subscription to an AI assistant can be useful. The real step forward comes when that assistant has the right context, finds the information you need and fits into the way you work.

I help you work out where to begin, which steps make sense and where a human decision is still needed. We can start with a single workflow and build from there.

Three levels, one goal

AI that finds
its place.

  1. Set up the tools properly

Assistants configured for the job, reusable instructions, organised materials and a method the team can adopt. AI development tools can become part of the process too.

Goal: a clear, repeatable way to use AI for specific tasks.

  2. Connect what you already use

Documents, business systems, calendars and applications can work together when the necessary integrations are available. I assess access, limitations and costs, then design the workflow and the points where it should pause for a check.

Goal: fewer manual steps between a piece of information and the next action.

  3. Build the missing tool

If the process needs a dedicated interface, I build a custom application: a portal, an internal assistant, a view of your data or a system that coordinates several tasks.

Goal: a usable product with clear responsibilities and understandable behaviour.

Common starting points

“We always do
this by hand.”

That sentence is often where the first project begins.

An important distinction

Automation also means
knowing when to stop.

Before connecting a system, we define which data it can use, which operations it can carry out and which ones need confirmation. The examples above are possible approaches: feasibility depends on your company’s systems and data.

How I approach a project

A practical example

Putting the method
to work myself.

I built a pipeline that takes raw video through transcription, editing directions, subtitles and effects to produce a reel for review. It is an automation I use to explore what works on real tasks.
