The guided project brief
The form on the Contact page processes your answers in your browser. The website’s code does not send them to a server, an AI service or an analytics system. It does not save them in cookies or persistent browser storage. Your answers may be lost when you close or reload the page.
The “Open email draft” button passes the text to the email app configured on your device. You decide whether and when to send it. “Copy brief” copies the text to your clipboard; “Download brief” creates a text file on your device. The handling of email, clipboard contents and files also depends on the applications you use.
When you send an email
If you send an enquiry, your email address, name and the information you choose to share are processed to reply and assess your project. For service enquiries, the legal basis is taking steps at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Contacting me does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Providing this information is optional, but contact details and a description of your enquiry are needed for a reply. Do not send passwords, special-category personal data or confidential information about other people.
Correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any professional relationship, plus any periods required by law or needed to protect legal rights. If we agree on a project, information about the processing involved will be defined for that engagement.
Service providers and technical data
This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. The hosting platform and delivery infrastructure may process technical data, such as IP addresses, page requests and browser information, to provide and protect the service. If the website requires sign-in, the platform’s access features also apply.
Emails reach Mattia’s Gmail inbox. Hosting and email providers process data according to their respective roles, terms and applicable safeguards, including for any transfers outside the European Economic Area. You can read OpenAI’s privacy information and Google’s privacy information. The form does not publish your data, and this website does not use it for automated decisions about you.
Cookies, analytics and external content
The website’s code does not add cookies, advertising tools, analytics or profiling technologies. Fonts, illustrations and animation resources are served with the website. Interactive examples run in your browser without sending data to an AI model or business tools. The animated drawing and product illustrations are illustrative: they are not screenshots or displays of visitor data. There are no embedded videos or social feeds. Any technical sign-in features depend on the hosting platform.
Links to Prioritar and other external websites open separate services with their own privacy policies. This website’s code does not read your activity on those services.
Your rights
Where the GDPR provides for them, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability; you may object to processing where that right applies. Send your request to the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority.
